Question: Can you help me to value my property?

Question: What if I disagree with your valuation?
Answer: Its your house and its your decision on how much you market your property for. If you believe it is worth more, you can advertise it at the price you want. You can always review the price up or down whenever you want.
Question: What happens if the exchange rate changes?
Answer: It is always a good idea to regularly review the exchange rate to see if you can take advantage of significant changes. Often buyers will make quick decisions after viewing, or will include a new property on their potential shortlist if a price drops. You can change the price up or down whenever you want.

- Include in the description the good points, how near to the beach, shops, bars and restaurants if applicable. Include details of any extras you have added.
- Be honest, don't say the property is beautiful if it isn't. After all people are looking to put their own personality into the home and as long as the price reflects the condition it isn't a problem.
- Try get all the jobs needed on the property done before marketing, you only get one opportunity to make a first impression.
